I would like to apply for the position at your organization.
I have worked as the finance assistant in the Taht Ltd, Civic Ltd and InoxCT Ltd BiH for more than 6 years. These small companies made me very important figure within the management, where I was exposed to highly responsible decision – making procedures, and forced to make right decisions while solving certain issues that relates to financial analysis, planning, strategic thinking and decision making.
Experience included not only ordinary financial tasks such as budgeting, accounting and payments, but also financial analysis, budget allocation and financial reporting at the end of the year. Today, Taht Ltd is imposing a new production facility and products, where I have developed new rebranding phase, and implemented new products (bakery products) in the market. Financial plan with the new sources of funding, provided by the investment program made by me, is operative and we can see new bakery products in the northwestern Bosnian market, while the financial analysis, monitoring and control is available every minute, which is also thanks to my software and organization of the process flow. 
This experience upgraded my communication skills and made me aware of the real situation in the market. Beside financial part, I made an online marketing strategy in order to approach the customer faster and more efficient, applying e – commerce business operations, where financial organization had to change, and adapt to the new opportunities. Relations with foreign suppliers and customers, including the administering the offers and transport costs were my tasks.

In the summer 2010, I obtained the finance assistant position in a middle sized company, Civic Ltd, BiH, where I had to supervise 5 employees in general administration and assist to the finance director. My core responsibilities included: financial planning, budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, bank correspondence, administration supervision, financial strategy development and internal control for the company. Developing and improving internal financial procedures made me strong in critical thinking and organization business’s analysis. Having worked for the company such as this, where the prices of raw material are changing every hour, which influences our financial strategy on almost daily basis, made me to live with the company, and to become part of it.
I must add my coordination of project for local community for the creation of local strategy for policies where NDI (National democratic institute) was the main supervisor and sponsor of the project for the city Cazin. Here I experienced budget planning, budget operation plan, and event organization (public presentation, discussion tables or round tables, conferences for businessmen and politicians) which had to be submitted and approved by NDI staff.
Political studies Council of Europe, and participation at the World forum of Democracy in Strasbourg in 2012, enriched me with skills of effective multinational communication, marketing and economic analysis of the developing countries, enabled me to talk in person and in equal level, with the people of high importance such are U.S. ambassadors in BiH and EU, secretaries of United Nations, Council of Europe and European parliamentary assembly, prime ministers of Albania, Phillipines, Bosnia, Croatia, tought me to think critically and analyze data from every perspective.  
Since February 18th, 2013 I have been employed at the Terra Sana Ltd, Sanski Most as a CEO / Managing director. I am in charge for three business units and I am managing 6 employees (three salesmen and  food and agronomy engineers, one food engineer). I have succeeded to develop three business units: Metal roofing accessories, production of essential oils and mushroom buyout station. These units are successfully generating revenue and they are profitable, according to the plan. I am creating strategies and directing a company in the direction which will raise profit, and develop social welfare in rural areas in Bosnia. Our goal is to create profit and employ! Development of production of essential oils out of medicinal herbs was my primary assignment. I succeeded to make a contract with state wood company for supporting us with supply of pine and fir secondary wood products, which serves us as primary raw material for production. In this way we have established full production every day, with contracted placement in the market of US and EU. This was my second production and business development starting from an business idea until the final product, and market placement. At the moment I am writing master thesis work where I will present characteristics of business development from an idea to the final product based on developing production and placing the product in the market.
These experiences made me to act faithfully and responsible according to the corporate culture and manager’s tasks.
